This page explains what the office collects through this website and what it does with it.

What we collect

When you send a form, we receive what you type: usually your name, email, phone number and a few words about your claim. The site also keeps basic visit records, such as pages viewed, to keep it running.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you hire the office, to work on your claim. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who else sees it

The companies that host this site and deliver its email handle your message for us. When you become a client, we share records with Social Security or the VA as your claim requires, with your consent.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don't become clients are deleted after a year. Client files are kept as the rules for law offices require.
